By accessing our website, submitting a guestlist request, or attending a Bridge Presents event, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with our platform or events.
01 - Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Bridge Presents website and your participation in any events produced under The Bridge Presents brand. By using this site or attending an event, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
02 — Event Access & Guestlist Policy
The Bridge Presents operates on an invitation-only, request-based guestlist model in partnership with SoHo House. Submission of a guestlist request does not guarantee admission to any event.

All guestlist requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

Confirmed guests will receive notification via email. Confirmation may be revoked at any time prior to the event.

Entry is subject to venue policies, capacity limits, and staff direction on the day of the event.

Guestlist spots are non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or assign your confirmed spot to another individual.
03 — Collection & Use of Personal Information
When you submit a guestlist request or contact us through the site, you provide personal information including your name, email address, and any other details included in your submission. By submitting this information, you consent to:

Storage of your information in The Bridge Presents contact database

Use of your contact details for event communications, guestlist management, and brand updates

Retention of your information regardless of whether your guestlist request is confirmed or declined

Your data may be shared with our venue or sponsorship partners for event access and logistics purposes.
04 — Photography, Video & Likeness
The Bridge Presents events may be photographed or filmed for editorial, promotional, and archival purposes. By attending an event, you grant The Bridge Presents and its authorized partners a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your image or likeness in connection with event coverage and brand materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
05 — Code of Conduct
The Bridge Presents is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment at all events. All attendees are expected to:

Treat fellow guests, artists, and staff with courtesy and respect

Comply with all venue rules and the direction of staff

Refrain from any behavior that is disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful to others

The Bridge Presents and SoHo House reserve the right to remove any individual from an event for failure to comply with this code, without notice or refund.
06 — Event Changes & Cancellations
Event details including date, time, location, and artist lineup are subject to change. The Bridge Presents is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of event changes or cancellations, including travel, accommodation, or related expenses.

In the event of a cancellation, confirmed guests will be notified by email as soon as reasonably possible.
07 — Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, branding, logos, and event materials — is the property of The Bridge Presents and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.
08 — Limitation of Liability
The Bridge Presents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at any event. Attendance is at your own risk. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of content on this site.
09 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, New York, Florida, Texas, or any other location where physical events are held without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the local county.
